These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 502jl platform. By registering an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All 502jl accounts require a minimum age of 21 in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
502jl services are exclusively available to eligible players located in the Philippines. Access from prohibited jurisdictions constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Each player may hold only one 502jl account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
All bonuses awarded by 502jl are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable playthrough conditions are met.
502jl operates under PAGCOR authorization. All disputes are subject to Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR's resolution framework.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR directives.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use 502jl in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

3.3 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 502jl platform. Creating, using, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under fictitious names, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in termination of all associated accounts.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.
3.5 Eligibility Declarations. By registering, you declare that:
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 502jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 502jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized that activity, unless you have notified 502jl of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 4.2.
4.4 KYC Verification. 502jl reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to comply with PAGCOR KYC requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 502jl may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 502jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). Available methods may change at 502jl's discretion with reasonable notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the 502jl platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 502jl reserves the right to modify these thresholds with notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players must withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name. 502jl reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal amounts exceeding applicable thresholds under anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
5.5 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two (1–2) business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside 502jl's control.
5.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that are not derived from illegal sources. 502jl complies fully with Philippine AML regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.
502jl does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard GCash and Maya transactions. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are outside 502jl's control and are the responsibility of the player.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 502jl are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players must complete the stated playthrough using real money or bonus funds (as specified) before a withdrawal request including bonus-derived winnings will be processed.

6.5 VIP Program. The 502jl VIP program rewards players based on qualifying activity levels. Tier benefits, cashback rates, and withdrawal limit enhancements associated with each VIP tier are subject to separate VIP program terms and may be modified with reasonable notice.
7.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game category on 502jl — including slots, live dealer games, card games, bingo, and sports betting — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the platform's help section. By playing any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on 502jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be manipulated by 502jl or any third party. RNG certification is subject to independent audit.
7.3 System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 502jl reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. 7.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must notify 502jl's customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. 502jl's determination, based on server-side game logs, shall be final and binding subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
7.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on 502jl are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and event type. 502jl reserves the right to void markets, limit stake sizes, or restrict access to betting on specific events where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or regulatory directives.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 502jl platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of account balances and referral to law enforcement authorities:
Zero tolerance policy: 502jl operates under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) framework and is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council of the Philippines). Fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the full extent of Philippine law.
9.1 All content on the 502jl platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 502jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under the intellectual property laws of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 502jl platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any 502jl content.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of 502jl's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 502jl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their 502jl account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 502jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
10.3 502jl does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own device.
10.4 502jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from Force Majeure events, including network outages, government directives, or events outside reasonable control.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms limits 502jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 502jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 502jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
11.2 Players may set or modify these limits through their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to 502jl may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from one (1) week to permanent exclusion. 12.1 Suspension by 502jl. 502jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or has violated any applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
12.2 Balance on Closure. Upon account closure for cause, 502jl will determine whether any account balance is returnable to the player based on the nature of the breach. In cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or underage gambling, balances may be forfeited in full.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 502jl customer support via in-platform live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure, subject to standard verification requirements. Unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account will be considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. 502jl may charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant account balances, as permitted under applicable regulations, and will provide advance notice before doing so.
13.1 502jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how 502jl handles your personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with 502jl.
13.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and promotional communications (where separately consented to).
13.3 502jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, PAGCOR, and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.
14.1 502jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the platform and/or via SMS notification to your registered mobile number, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the 502jl platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.3.
14.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute between you and 502jl that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for licensed Philippine online gaming operators.
15.3 For disputes not covered by PAGCOR mechanisms, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law or your right to raise a complaint with PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.
